Hitler must be highly respected!

The very thought of this article manifested in me back in the 9th standard (the year I became a rank holder in Air Wing Jr. Division) and it took me 7 years to give a rationale thought to my fascination about Hitler because before this I was afraid to even think this. This piece is an opinion that I’ve derived from knowledge and experience. I’ve been subjected to power through NCC and my school’s English Military heritage combined, so I know at least the feeling of absolute superiority as I end up becoming the College Commander in 12th and had 500+ cadets in my direct command. The thought of respecting Hitler always made me uncomfortable as it shouldn’t be the case “Hitler” has become the very adjective of utmost cruelty and never shared this thought as I don’t want myself to be called Nazi by any means. But I’ll say this “Hitler must be respected in all nations, though loved in none”.

Respect does not necessarily mean you like someone. Respect is a simple acknowledgment of value and greatness and greatness do not necessarily mean goodness (I’ll have a complete article on Respect in the upcoming week). In Hitler’s case, he achieved greatness which was terrifying and terrible at the same time. Let’s go back in time to understand a few things so we’ll be able to join dots.

World War 1 happened from 1914–18 had a lot of reasons and a lot of outcomes but one outcome changed the world for good. Germany was blamed for the complete war especially by France and the sense of revenge and humiliation was the deriving force behind French’s minds. Treaty of Versailles was signed between the Germans and the Allied forces which marked the end of WW1. The treaty was designed to humiliate and finish Germany as an empire. Germany was divided, it’s resources were taken away, the army was demilitarized to the brink, isolated from the trading world, and had to pay $33 billion in today’s money as war compensation. This is as close as you can get to living hell. In Germany, there were no jobs, no food, hyperinflation struck, and citizens humiliated. Germany tried the model of democracy which failed miserably as there was no stability governments were changing every few months.

In midst of all this a man who served in WW1, seeing his comrades die up close, inspired to be an Artist, rejected from his college of choice, living on streets as a vagrant rose to become one of the strongest leaders ever lived. Hitler took his country from ashes to the imperial heights in just a decade time restored its power, military, economy, respect and it’s integrity, formed a political party so strong which infiltrated every aspect of German life. I mean this is not a normal feat, in today’s world no one can take its nation to such heights from the very bottom and without any external help in such a short period. If that would have been the end of it, Hitler would have been the most respected and revered person ever lived on the planet but in the same decade, he enslaved and killed millions of people to power their war machine out of absolute hatred especially the jew, gays, gypsies, mentally ill all were subjected to Hitler’s wrath and them World War 2 came to the most destructive war ever in the history of times.

The narrative is that Hitler took Germany to the path of hell and destruction which will affect the future German generations, this is wrong I do not think so. Pay attention in my opinion it was Hitler and the German people together who took this path. Both are equally responsible. Let me explain if you are German in the 1920s where your nation is in shatters, destruction everywhere, no jobs, your money has no value, every other empire is laughing at you, humiliated to the very bones. These are the perfect conditions of sense of hatred and let me tell you hatred was in everyone’s mind everywhere nobody knew whom to blame or what to do. In all this chaos a charismatic, iron-clad, leader is emerging from the very streets. Hitler was able to give a vision and unite a war-torn nation, he was able to inspire and build an empire.

Now, this is important Hitler was like a mouthpiece of the German's subconscious mind. Let me explain for example Hitler said something B which had no significant reaction and then said something A which got the crowd to roar Now what happens is this makes an infinite loop I mean Hitler’s subconscious mind took note that when he says something like A the crowd reaction is different he said something and he got the validation and this went on. Remember it was not like Hitler did it purposely I do not think so it is more like both Germans and Hitler did not even realize this loop of subconscious validation. I’ll give you a real-life example in my lecture class backbenchers always make noises and very attempt to distract the class, which is normal happens everywhere but what made me think is almost all the times they cross the line without realizing what they are doing at times it is so humiliating that I think how a 20-year-old can do this but here is the catch the students who make the noises get the reaction from the class a form of validation so he/she keeps on doing that and the ones reacting do not realize what they are enjoying even when the limits are crossed and the loop creates and in this case no one is doing that keeping all this psychology in mind they are just doing it as their subconscious mind is telling them to do. The same happened with Germany, Hitler was a normal citizen it was not like he came from outside and manipulated the Germans. His very thoughts were the same as all Germans and he unintentionally found the ability to bring out the darkest deepest desires of the common people as he was one the best orator world has seen. Think one person tells you something it might don’t matter what if 10 tell you the same? what if 100 telling you that? I mean that’s enough to make someone realize that he’s a superman. Now imagine a whole nation telling you that, good luck with that. One more thing the German people in a war-torn nation were more like a mob and in mob mentality an individual says the worst things without any fear like in-class students know they can not be recognized so they have the balls to do all kinds of stupidity. Now here is the interesting part Mahatma Gandhi had the same ability to inspire and attract a huge amount of people but it did not affect him and what I think is because he was so non-materialistic and his very base of non-violence which helped him in keeping his subconscious mind in check and this is not normal that is why there has been no one even close in history to someone like Mahatma Gandhi.

Common hatred towards Jews in 19th century Europe

Another very odd yet interesting thing about Hitler as he was a very orderly and clean person. When he came into power first thing he did was to bring the tuberculosis vaccine in Germany and ordered all the factories to kill all the mice and insects and plant flowers outside to beautify the place and I do not know this cleanliness thing just exploded from rats to humans. Let me tell you hatred towards Jews was not invented by Hitler many think that, the hatred was as back as the 19th century its called antisemitism. The whole Europe just hated Jews and Jews has been blamed for all kind of atrocities whichever occurred in Europe far back in time for example. during the great plague caused by rats was blamed on Jews that they are the culprits for spreading this because very fewer Jews got effected from the pandemic the reason was Jews have strong hygiene but people thought that they spread it. So Hitler like any other European hated Jews and it’s said he was introduced to this hatred when he was in Vienna I guess as a struggling painter. So after the WW1, I think Jews acted more or less like space goats for the loss of the war and all Germans hated them. Now here is the interesting part I mean Nazi hated Jews but it makes no sense to me I mean if you hate someone and you’re in the war then exploit them use their labor to your benefit like Britishers did to Indians or Americans did to Africans but Nazi never did it and it makes no sense to me, they were like see jew kill jew. What I mean is Nazi hate the Jews okay then what makes more sense to enslave them and use their labor to win a war or just kill them (I mean they could have used them and killed them after winning the war).

What my take is and this thing blew my mind they did not HATE mentally ill, gay, black, and Jews it was like they were disgusted by them which is far different than hatred and racism. Think what you do when you see a rat in your house you feel disgusted you just want to burn it down, you can’t sleep until you find and then finish it (you do not think of using it somewhere). This was the same with the Nazis they saw all these people as rats and in the literal sense what I mean is Britishers saw Indians as dogs which means the value of a dog and an Indian is the same in their eye. In Nazi’s case it was real disgust they killed mentally ill, gays and Jews just like rats interestingly even used the same gas which was meant to kill real rats. Now what I mean is that they were not just interested in winning the war at all, they were trying to create a civilization that might have lived for 1000 years. What I mean we kill rats so that they cannot reproduce and cannot bring diseases the same was the Nazi mentality they just killed all these people as they thought they might reproduce and create more like themselves or even pollute the true Aryan bloodline. According to me, this is not hatred or racism it is just something completely different.

All this mentality was of Hitler and it got the validation from the people too ( because of all the hate they had in them which was a result of wars and centuries of prejudice) and both of these entities did not even realize what path they’ve taken. We need to realize that Hitler and Nazi was the evil product of the world itself it was like the mirror to the world.

Remember this when a soldier learns to handle a gun he respects it in a way that he realizes what good and bad this gun can bring. When you hear a rattlesnake voice you do not think you’re big and the snake is small, you’re strong and it is weak what we do is? we give respect to the danger the snake can bring, we respect him enough so we can learn anything about him so we cannot be harmed. We do not go IGNORANT, the same goes for Nazi do not show ignorance by just saying they were evil and crazy. No, not all Germans were evil people all can not be crazy, even Hitler was not crazy some might say. The danger was the rational sense of solutions that Hitler and people gave to each other for their problems. Imagine in your wildest dreams if Hitler wouldn’t have done the evil holocaust (Raging wars was a day job back in time) then He would have been considered The Greatest, most charismatic, fierce, influential ruler and conquer the world has ever seen in the history of mankind.

As I said before, Hitler should not be loved, honored, or revered. He should, however, be respected. That is to say, not Hitler himself, but that the name Adolf Hitler is a name that should be respected the great power he commanded should be respected in the way that we never forget what one man from the very ashes can become so great and evil than the world itself. Today anywhere around the world where people are economically and culturally deprived there can be a leader who can rise from the ground and inspire them motivated by a single vision for good or bad. Hitler should be respected in the way of the phenomenon that we never let his story die, every bit of it, so that future generations don’t create another one like him. The ugly truth is this can happen anywhere around the world even today if we do not know the signs, to carry on the analogy, they don’t know to recognize and respect the sound of the rattling snake for what it means.
